How do I join?
You must attend an On-Ramp/Bootcamp Session.
On-ramp boot camp teaches the essential CrossFit movements in small groups for better individual coaching. Learning how to do functional body weight movements, basic lifting techniques, and learning how to perform safely and efficiently are the primary goals for the on-ramp boot camp. New athletes to CFP are required to sign up for the on-ramp boot camp to ease into the intensity and atmosphere of regular classes. On-ramp boot camp is a 4 week program with 6 scheduled small classes the first 2 weeks and unlimited classes the following 2 weeks. Class size is limited to 8 people.

Why should I join CFP?
-- We offer a very unique experience in fitness. A community of health focused individuals with a goal to increase their health and fitness levels and support others while they do it. A group of people with a shared goal is a very powerful thing. Our members grow to eventually consider each other friends.
--Personal training for a monthly fee. We basically offer unlimited monthly personal training at the cost of 2-3 personal training sessions at any other gym in town. Our personal training is done in a group setting making it more cost effective and a lot more fun.
--Results. Guess what? We actually want you to show up, and often. We are not out to see how many members we can get that don't show up. We are not happy unless you are showing up, making improvements, and improving your fitness and health. All of our members get results. And that makes us very happy. We know your name, we know what you are good at and we know what you are working on. If you don't get results we don't look good. Our goal is to be Rochester's fittest community period.
What does a membership cost?
Our memberships cost between $100 and $160 month.
